Cleeve Colts UTD 1 V 5 Gotherington Junior Lions
This result in my eyes does not really give a true reflection on the game although Gotherington are a very good side and finishing runners up in the league shows how good they are. This said Cleeve Colts UTD were more than a match for them in the first half and having conceeded 2 goals we pressed hard and reeped the rewards by scoring an excellent goal, going in at half time just one goal behind. The second half however we again stopped talking to each other on the pitch and allowed Gotherington to pile the pressure onto us which led to us dropping our heads and allowing them to dominate the game and score a further 3 goals. A lesson for us there boys, we must communicate at all times and keep our heads and belief up when we go behind!

I HAVE SAID IT BEFORE AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, ON OUR DAY YOU BOYS ARE CAPABLE OF BEATING ANYONE IN OUR LEAGUE!!!

Bourton Rovers Youth 1 V 2 Cleeve Colts UTD
Having taken such a hard defeat in our first game the boys came out with a much better attitude and passion to want to win the game. Bourton were a strong match for UTD and as the league table shows they are sitting only one place behind us. One player in particular shone out in this game really grabbing it by the scruff of the neck and making sure that Cleeve Colts UTD won - so a big big thankyou to Mr Oliver Winter - well done mate one of your best games in green that one!!! This individual spirt shown by Olly lifted the rest of the team allowing us to go on a win convincingly - well done boys!
